Aha Hotels
Who can benefit?
This benefit is available to all Multiply Premier and Starter members.
Multiply members are not allowed to transfer to Non-Multiply Members.

Benefit rules
Hotel accommodation booked through Multiply is for leisure purposes only.
Multiply Premier members may not use this reward for more than 40 days per family in one calendar year (January to December).
Multiply Starter members may not use this reward for more than 20 days per family in one calendar year (January to December).
These discounts apply to the best available single or double (as applicable) room rate prevailing at the time of reservation, and may therefore fluctuate depending on availability and season.
The discounts do not apply to any specials or promotional rates offered by the respective hotels.
The discounted single or double room rates may include or exclude breakfast, depending on the hotel.
The room rate does not include any additional expenses, such as extra meals, phone calls, room service, drinks, laundry service, tourism levies, parking fees and other surcharges.
Bookings are non-refundable and we will not accept any changes.
Multiply members with a single membership can only book a single room. For any additional guests, the hotel will charge members directly.
Multiply members with family memberships can book a double room, with a maximum of two adults per room. The hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee for an extra adult sharing the room, which is payable to the hotel. Children - the age limit will be determined by each hotel and/or resort. Not by Multiply or aha Hotels and Lodges.
Cancellations are allowed by calling the Multiply Travel Desk on 0861 100 155 at least 72 hours before check-in date.
Refunds are allowed if the cancellation is done 72 hours before check-in, a death certificate or a Dr's note confirming hospitalisation is produced. Please call the Multiply Travel Desk on 0861 100 155.
How use this benefit's booking accommodation
Bookings must be made at least three days before the check-in date.
Member will need their Multiply membership number and ID number when they make a booking.
The room rate may or may not include breakfast.
Members must check whether they are making a booking for a standard room, family room or suite.
Give the number of adults for each room.
If a member has children, they must check whether the room and hotel can accommodate children.

Paying for your accommodation
Members can only pay with a valid MasterCard or Visa credit card.

Changing or cancelling a booking
Members are liable for paying an administration fee if they change their booking.
aha Hotels and Lodges changes apply to Multiply bookings. Members do not get a discount on the cost charged for changing their booking.
If the new price is higher than the original, members will have to pay the difference. If the new price is lower than the original, members will lose the difference.
Members are allowed to cancel their bookings, but Multiply will not refund members, unless for reasons related to hospitalisation or death (subject to proof). If members cancel for other reasons, they will have to use their booking on another date. Please note that additional costs could be involved.
A changed booking must be used within 3 months of the original booking date.
The Multiply discount does not apply to the extra costs when cancelling or make changes to a booking.
Multiply Members are not allowed to transfer to Non-Multiply Members.

Members get up to 30% discount on 12 domestic flights a year.

The benefit is applicable to main members, their partners, adult and child dependants on the Multiply contract.

4. Benefit rules
If a BRONZE – PRIVATE CLUB member books more than 12 domestic air tickets per family member per calendar year their discount will revert to 5% for flights.
Members may not book directly with the airline. Bookings may only take place through the Multiply website or Travel Desk.
Flights booked through Multiply are for leisure purposes only and must span a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 12 months.
The discount is only applicable on the following routes:
Durban – Johannesburg
Cape Town – Johannesburg
Skukuza (Kruger National Park) – Johannesburg/Durban/Cape Town
Botswana – Johannesburg/Durban/Cape Town
No Multiply discount will apply to any changes made to flight bookings.
Members must ensure that they take out the necessary travel insurance when traveling overseas. Multiply offers travel insurance at a discount (see Travel Insurance Consultants (TIC)).

4. Benefit rules
If a BRONZE – PRIVATE CLUB member books more than 12 domestic air tickets per family member per calendar year their discount will revert to 5% for flights.
Members may not book directly with the airline. Bookings may only take place through the Multiply website.
Flights booked through Multiply are for leisure purposes only and must span a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 12 months.
No Multiply discount will apply to any changes made to flight bookings.
Members must ensure that they take out the necessary travel insurance when traveling overseas. Multiply offers travel insurance at a discount (see Travel Insurance Consultants (TIC)).
The discounts above apply to the cost of the flights and exclude airport tax, insurance charges, tourism levies, courier costs and any other surcharges.
Members will receive their travel itinerary and booking reference number via e-mail.

5. How to use this benefit – booking a flight
To make a reservation, log in to the Multiply website and navigate to Rewards > Travel. If you have any enquiries, you may contact the Multiply Travel Desk on 0861 100 155, or email them at [email protected] Operating hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00.
Bookings must be made within a minimum of 3 working days prior to the date of departure. Any bookings made after this point will not be guaranteed and immediate payment will be required to secure the booking.

7. General Multiply travel rules
Multiply will always do their best to secure the best available rate for members at any given time. However, some of our travel partners may have specials that they run from time to time, which are outside Multiply’s scope and control.
Members will only qualify for the Multiply discount structure that is based on the service provider’s standard retail rate and not on the provider’s special rate or the travel partner’s special web fare rate.
The Multiply discounts are only available for certain routes and destinations, according to the specific code share agreements of FlySafair.
Members may contact the Multiply travel desk for the complete list of destinations and routes eligible for Multiply discounts.
The Multiply fares quoted exclude airport taxes, tourism levies, fuel levies, courier costs and any other surcharges.
Bookings are refundable as per the Airlines rules and regulations. Multiply will not accept any name changes. Multiply will allow changes to future-dated flight bookings for FlySafair, but it is subject to additional costs and penalties as applied by FlySafair.

Multiply Fitness Assessment
Members get a discount on a Multiply fitness assessment and earn Multiply points for completing it.
1. Who can use this benefit?
This benefit is available to all principal members, their spouses or partners and adult dependants on Multiply Premier and Multiply Starter.
2. More about the fitness assessment
Both the in-person and online fitness assessment will measure:
After the assessment, members will receive comprehensive feedback on each component of the test, as well as an overall fitness level (ranging from 1 - 5). This result of the in-person fitness assessment is valid for 12 months and the online fitness assessment is valid for 6 months.
Members can earn points on Multiply Premier for completing this fitness assessment, as well as cashbacks and discounts on their Momentum products for as long as their fitness assessment is valid.
Only a Multiply fitness assessment will be accepted and used to apply points and Momentum product rewards.

Members will pay R440 for an in-person fitness assessment at any health professional licensed to perform the assessment. 1.General
1.1. Momentum reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, amend the Terms at any time. Momentum will give you reasonable notice of any changes to the Terms by publishing the details of the changes on the Digital Platform or disclosing the information in any other way that Momentum will determine at their sole discretion.
1.2. Momentum may suspend, deactivate or terminate your access to the use of Safe Dayz at any time and on reasonable grounds, by notice to you.
1.3. Momentum will terminate the Agreement immediately if you are in breach of the Agreement. Upon such termination for breach, you will not be entitled to any benefits associated with Safe Dayz.
1.4. Momentum reserves the right to terminate your access to Safe Dayz without notice and take necessary action against you upon reasonable suspicion by Momentum that you manipulated the system resulting in financial gain.
1.5. Occasionally, information contained and displayed through the Digital Platform and/or mobile device may differ to that observed in other sources.
1.6. Momentum may from time to time employ third parties and/or their software to assist with certain services and aspects of the Digital Platform and the Safe Dayz feature. Momentum makes every effort to ensure that such third parties comply with Momentum’s Privacy and Security policies and hold them accountable for any non-compliance.
2.Safe Dayz
2.1. You must be logged on to the mobile app and your GPS location services and have your data switched on at all times.
2.2. You must ensure that:
2.2.1. you grant the mobile application permission to access your location settings.
2.2.2. your device settings are optimized at all times for journey recordings.
2.3. It is imperative that you have frequent access to data, mobile internet services and your GPS location switched on in order for your journey data to be received by Momentum.
2.4. Momentum shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever in respect of any journey data that is not received by Momentum for any reason whatsoever.
2.5. Journey data not received by Momentum within 7 days of a journey will be forfeited.
2.6. The data usage costs associated with recording your journey is for your account.
2.7. A journey is classified according to the day on which the journey ended.
2.8. For purposes herein, a “journey” shall be classified according to a minimum time and distance threshold as determined by Momentum and subject to change from time to time.
2.9. Various elements related to your driving behaviour will be recorded.
2.10. The monitoring of usage of your mobile device is limited to notification of activity and no content is visible, accessed or recorded.
2.11. Each recorded journey for the day, via any mode of transportation on land, will be allocated a score.
2.12. Your journey as a passenger will also be captured and allocated a score.
2.13. Your individual journey scores for a particular day will be combined to produce a “daily score” for the day.
2.14. Your daily score will reflect and be available for viewing within 24 hours of all journey data for the day being received and captured by Momentum.
2.15. A Safe Day is allocated to you when you achieve either:
2.15.1. A minimum daily score as a determined by Momentum; or
2.15.2. A no journey day where you did not travel as can be confirmed by Momentum.
2.16. Notwithstanding any of the above terms, you will not be allocated a score or no journey day for any period in which you are outside the Republic of South Africa. You understand that you will only earn Safe Dayz whilst you are within the Republic of South Africa.
2.17. Momentum reserves the sole discretion to determine and change from time to time, all calculations, qualifying criteria and business rules relating to the allocation of Safe Dayz.
2.18. If you are a Momentum Short Term Insurance policy holder and have obtained your Safety Score, you could earn a Safety Bonus subject to your score and the number of Safe Dayz accumulated.
2.19. If you are a Multiply member, you are eligible to earn Multiply points for your Safe Dayz.
2.20. Any data collected by Momentum through your use of Safe Dayz will not affect the validity of any claim under your Momentum Short Term Insurance personal lines policy. Your policy contract will continue to govern the validity of any claim submitted by you.

In using Safe Dayz you accept that Momentum gives no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the reliability or correctness of any functionality, information, formulae or calculations provided through the use of Safe Dayz. 5. Benefit rules
Members may not book directly with the airline. Bookings may only take place through the Multiply website or the Multiply Travel Desk.
Flights booked through Multiply are for leisure purposes only and must span a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 12 months.
Business Class bookings are allowed, but the booking will count as 2 Economy class bookings.
1x Business class booking per annum per member. PLEASE BE ADVISED that this applies to all international Airlines on Multiply, in other words should a Member make use of this option, the Member will be prevented from making use of this option on another Multiply affiliated airline. Members receive 2 (two) economy class international return flights per annum; hence a Members converts 1 (one) business class return per annum. Flights depart only out of South Africa and return to South Africa.
2x Economy class bookings per annum per member
No Multiply discount will apply to any changes made to flight bookings.
Members must ensure that they take out the necessary travel insurance when traveling overseas. Multiply offers travel insurance at a discount (see Travel Insurance Consultants (TIC)).
The discounts apply for return economy, first and business flights only. No one-way travel is permitted.
The discounts above apply to the cost of the flights and exclude airport tax, insurance charges, tourism levies, courier costs and any other surcharges.
Members who have booked via Multiply Travel will receive their travel itinerary and booking reference number via email.
Routes and destinations may change without prior notice.
Flights can ONLY be booked out of South Africa and return to South Africa for the discount to apply in rand value.
Children who qualify for the applicable discount will not be catered for by Turkish Airlines in the event they travel with a non-member adult.

6. How to use this benefit – booking a flight
To make a reservation, log in to the Multiply website and navigate to Rewards > Travel. If you have any enquiries, you may contact the Multiply Travel Desk on 0861 100 155, or email them at [email protected] Operating hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00.
Bookings must be made within a minimum of 3 working days prior to the date of departure. Any bookings made after this point will not be guaranteed and immediate payment will be required to secure the booking.
Members must provide their Multiply client number and ID number when they make a booking.
Flights prices are subject to change without prior notice.
A booking fee of R25 will apply to all domestic flight bookings and a booking fee of R197 will apply to all international flight bookings.
Multiply will email members their Turkish Airlines travel itinerary and booking reference number to them.

8. General Multiply travel rules
Multiply will always do their best to secure the best available rate for members at any given time. However, some of our travel partners may have specials that they run from time to time, which are outside Multiply’s scope and control.
Members will only qualify for the Multiply discount structure that is based on the service provider’s standard retail rate and not on the provider’s special rate or the travel partner’s special web fare rate.
The Multiply discounts are only available for certain routes and destinations, according to the specific code share agreements of Turkish Airlines.
Members may contact the Multiply travel desk for the complete list of destinations and routes eligible for Multiply discounts.
The Multiply fares quoted exclude airport taxes, tourism levies, fuel levies, courier costs and any other surcharges.
Bookings are refundable as per the Airlines rules and regulations. Multiply will not accept any name changes. Multiply will allow changes to future-dated flight bookings for Turkish Airlines, but it is subject to additional costs and penalties as applied by Turkish Airlines.
Each travel partner has their own specific terms and conditions. Vaccination Points
1. What is the benefit?
We believe that the case for vaccination is undeniable; getting vaccinated improves immunity against Covid-19 and helps prevent serious illness and death. Therefore, we would like our members to get vaccinated against Covid-19. Members can get up to 40 points for being fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
2. Who may use this benefit?
This benefit is available to principal members and their spouses or partners on Multiply Premier. Multiply Starter members do not earn points for getting vaccinated.
3. How does it work?
Once a member is fully vaccinated, he or she needs to WhatsApp a copy of their vaccination card and Multiply client number to 0861 88 66 00. Alternatively, they can email this information to [email protected] (with Vaccination in the subject line). We’ll allocate the points within 48 hours after validation.
4. How does the points limit under Be Healthier work?
The number of points you can get under the Be Healthier category as an individual used to be 200 points. This will now increase with 20 points to 220. However, you can unlock 80 more points in this category (when you go for a fitness assessment or complete an elite event), making the maximum points limit 300 for this category. For a family, it has increased to 440, with a potential of 160 extra points when completing an unlocking activity.

1. What is the benefit?
Multiply members will be receive cashbacks when subscribing to any of Multiply preferred list of wellness apps. You will need to submit your invoice to Multiply, and Multiply will pay your cashbacks into your Multiply Money savings wallet.

Once you have purchased an annual subscription to any app, which at the time of your purchase was listed as a wellness app on multiply.co.za, the following process will apply.

5. Benefit rules:
A member can only get the cashback benefit on one app subscription per year and renewal is neither automatic, nor guaranteed.

The apps listed on the wellness apps list applies only during the month which it is listed and does not automatically remain on the list for the next month.
In the event where subscriptions are for longer than 12 months from the date of purchase, cashbacks will be applicable only to the first 12 months. A client may resubmit the same invoice for cashbacks for the next 12 months, during the anniversary month of the purchase.
This offer will not extend retroactively, to dates prior to 1 January 2021.
